10 high fat foods that are actually super healthy



Healthy food doesn't have to be tasteless. This is a great link to show how easy it is to slip healthy fats into your diet. I eat most of these pretty much every day. 

And remember even us low FODMAP'ers can enjoy avocado, just keep it to 1/8 of an avo per serving.
